Ingredients for 1 portion:

∙ 2 g of matcha powder
∙ 50 ml of warm water
∙ 200 ml of foamed milk

How to prepare:

1st step

Mix matcha powder in warm water until smooth. Matcha is traditionally whisked with a bamboo brush (chasen). 

2nd step

Whisk or froth the milk and gently pour it over the matcha, creating a creamy top layer.
