for stylish mixed drinks
Everything for stylish cocktail mixing
If you want to prepare drinks like true masters, you will need professional bartending equipment. Whether you choose one of the new Basic items or go for the complete Cocktail set, the preparation itself will be an experience. Must-have products include a spoon with a twisted handle and a double-sided jigger, which will help you measure ingredients accurately to the millilitre. You can also purchase the entire bartending equipment with a black PVD finish, giving it a special look. You can skip the trip to the bar and keep your feet up in a garden lounger or hammock. Most importantly: „Ice, Ice Baby,“ because a summer drink must be served ice-cold. Cheers!

Sorrento Sparkle
In the embrace of lemon

3 cl of Limoncello liqueur * 10 cl of sparkling wine
3 raspberries for garnish
Organic lemon
Ice
RECOMMENDED GLASSWARE
Optima
Line Lunasol 660 ml
PROCEDURE
Pour Limoncello and sparkling wine into a wine glass, gradually. Add ice to the
glass. Gently stir with a spoon. Garnish with raspberries. Take a washed lemon
and cut a coin-sized piece of the peel. Hold it over the glass and quickly twist
it to release the fragrant essential oils onto the surface of the drink. This
will enhance its aroma. Place the lemon peel in the drink and serve.
* Limoncello is a popular fruit liqueur in Italy, with a history of
over a hundred years. It is made from lemon zest infused in colourless alcohol.
It can also be easily prepared at home.
Hugo
Refreshing elderberry
Thanks to mint, it's aromatic, thanks to the elderberry, it's refreshing. The mixed drink Hugo, originating from the Trentino-Alto Adige region,
quickly became popular beyond the borders of Italy. It tastes best with homemade elderberry syrup.
10 cl of sparkling wine
2–3 cl of elderberry syrup
5 cl of soda water
6 mint leaves
Lemon slice
Ice
RECOMMENDED GLASSWARE
21st
Lunasol 810 ml
PROCEDURE
Pour the elderberry syrup into a wine glass. Add the sparkling wine to the
glass. Add ice to the glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves. Top it
up with soda water. Gently stir the drink. Serve the drink with a straw.
Tip: If you have a choice, opt for Moroccan mint. It has the highest
concentration of essential oils, making it particularly strong in aroma. It is
much more flavourful than other mint varieties.
For a non-alcoholic version, we recommend using non-alcoholic
sparkling wine.
Mimosa
Spicy Wake-up Call
A lazy Sunday morning or any gathering with friends can be pleasantly kick-started with a glass of the mixed drink Mimosa. In America, it is traditionally served to guests on the morning after a wedding. There are two versions of its origin — the French version, according to which it was created by a bartender in 1925 at the Ritz hotel in Paris, or the American version, according to which it was invented by director Alfred Hitchcock in San Francisco in the 1940s.
10 cl of Prosecco
6 cl of fresh orange juice
RECOMMENDED GLASSWARE
Univers
Lunasol 205 ml
PROCEDURE
Serve in a champagne flute, which should be thoroughly chilled, just like the
ingredients. It has a beautiful yellow colour and a spicy taste thanks to the
orange juice. However, its name is derived from the English term for the acacia
tree, which has bright yellow flowers.
Tip: Pay extra attention to the quality of the orange juice. The drink
tastes best with freshly squeezed juice from one or two oranges (including the
pulp if desired).
For a non-alcoholic version, we recommend using non-alcoholic sparkling
wine.
Bellini
Italian Classic
Fresh peaches from the garden straight into your chilled Bellini. A perfect summer apéritif and yet quite simple to prepare. It was invented at the famous Harry's Bar in Venice. It beautifully combines velvety bubbles of dry sparkling wine with the refreshing taste of peach purée.
10 cl of Prosecco
5 cl of fresh peach purée
RECOMMENDED GLASSWARE
Crystal
Lunasol 210 ml
PROCEDURE
Pour the peach purée into a chilled champagne flute, followed by the Prosecco
(pour both ingredients along the inner side of the tilted glass). Enjoy!
Tip: The flavour of Bellini is light and delicate, making it a perfect
pairing with appetizers or finger foods. Remember, peach season is Bellini
season.
For a non-alcoholic version, we recommend using non-alcoholic
sparkling wine.
