If you are invited to a dinner, you can surprise your hosts with a unique gift idea. A bottle of wine or a bouquet of flowers are more classic choices. If you want to give something other than the standard options, there are many other possibilities. My (serving) classic
I have already brought a cutting and serving board to various invitations, and it's always useful. This gift lasts longer than any bouquet of flowers and costs about the same!
