Return of goods
1.
Pack the goods you want to return in a box in the original packaging. If possible, use all the safety features of the original packaging to avoid damage to the product.

Please complete the return form and enclose it
with your consignment along with a copy of the delivery note. Thanks to the
fully completed form, we can process your return more quickly.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please do not send the goods by cash on delivery. Such shipments will be returned to your address. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Returned orders will be processed within 2–5 working days.5.
After receiving the return, you will receive a voucher number as a gesture of goodwill within 2–5 working days, which must be entered before payment when making your next online purchase. The amount of the voucher must be redeemed once and not in instalments. If the new order exceeds the amount of the voucher, you only transfer the difference. The voucher must be redeemed within one year at the latest by placing an online order (the online voucher cannot be redeemed at the Point).
